- If you have received any damaged or defects products, please contact our customer services department (email:cs@kooing.com) within 7 days after received the mechandise. Please return to us only with our agreement, otherwise, we will not handle your returns.
- There is no refund on any confirmed order.
- All goods must be returned in their original packaging and in un-used condition within the agreed period of time.
Local Returns:
- Local returns must be handle at R & B office only.
Overseas Returns:
- We will test your returned goods of the reported damaged and defects. Returned products will be shipped through air parcel postage only.
- Please choose the most reliable shipping method to return your products. You will be responsible for any missing items or shipping cost. The process of the return takes about 7 working days.
- If the returned items are cofirmed with the damaged and defects reported, we will then make arrangements with you to return the goods for replacement. If we could not find such problem, the original item will be returned. No exchange of other products will be allowed.
